Youth Programs

We offer training and coaching for the youth. One option is our Powerifting program and another is our Strength & Conditioning program. Both programs are instructed by coaches with years of experience.

Youth Powerlifting

$185 monthly

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30pm-7:15pm

Coached by Bailey Mckenzie, the program is designed for the young lifter that is involved or wants to be involved in powerlifting competitions. We prepare beginner and advanced lifters to compete at high level competition in multiple federations including but not limited to USA Powerlifting, Texas High School Powerliting Association, Texas High School Women’s Powerlifting Association, and USPA. We have a traveling team at the gym that visits locations outside of San Angelo to compete in USA Powerlifting sanctioned events. We also prepare students to better lift on their high school team in the THSPA and THSWPA. We are knowledgeable in equipped lifting as well as raw lifting, the proof is in the product; we have sent many lifters to the Texas State Championship as well as USAPL National Championships.

Strength & Conditioning

$135 monthly

Tuesday, Thursday 5:30pm-7pm

Led by Mason Taylor, he has experience with sports skills, speed, agility, as well as strength and conditioning. This program is aimed toward athletes of sports that dynamically involve strength, agility, and speed. This program is best suited but not limited to the sports of football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball, and softball. We have athletes in elementary school as well as high school students in this program.
