Our 9,500 square foot facility has a lot to offer. We have a variety of equipment to utilize including 6 full cage power racks, 5 Texas Strength Systems competition racks and over 7000 pounds of calibrated competition plates. We have lots of plate loaded machines as well as dumbbells, cable machines, bikes, rowers, and treadmills. We even have strongman equipment including logs, stones, a yoke, a husefal stone, and more.
