Group Training

Rise and Grind is an early morning group training for adults coached by Fidel Huerta. Rise and Grind meets at 5am Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Build Strength, endurance, and a lean muscular physique with a group all working towards the same goals! Push each other while you train together and get your workout done before work, so you have the remainder of the day to feel accomplished.
